Product Coordinator – AgentNous

Position Overview:

We are searching for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a subject matter expert for our AgentNous product. Reporting to the Sales & support manager, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Xero accounting package and a favorable background in the livestock industry.

In this role, you will assist clients in onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with Xero, and delivering exceptional customer support whilst building the foundations for a long-standing relationship.

  • Serve as one of our in-house Xero experts, guiding and supporting customers through
  • Offer first-level support to AgentNous clients, mainly focusing on the Billing (accounting)
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are utilising AgentNous effectively and
    provide feedback to the product owner.
  • Assist clients with the general use of all AgentNous products, features, and functions.
  • Develop digital support resources to enhance client knowledge.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and technical issues via various channels, delivering timely and
    practical support.
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Assist with testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, implementation, training, or trade shows.



  • TAFE certificate (or higher) in Bookkeeping, Accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency in Xero.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.


Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the Saleyard and Livestock Agency industry.
  • Experience with other accounting suites such as MYOB or QuickBooks.
  • Experience with project management & collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, Slack and
    Google Workspace.



This role is based in Bendigo, Victoria, and has the potential for hybrid or full remote work

While most tasks are conducive to remote work, regular interaction with the Bendigo office is

Occasional visits to Bendigo may be required, depending on the candidate’s location, prior
experience and performance.


  • Salary range – $50,000 – $80,000 pa
  • Government statutory superannuation @ 11%
